NxLevel Consulting was founded by Milton Thompson, President and CEO and Alayne Reid-Thompson, Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning. Together, they are committed and passionate about “taking businesses to their Next Level.”

Milton is a man of faith, integrity, knowledge, with over 30 years of business, finance and IRS preparation experience. He customized services in response to meeting a need to assist small and medium sized companies operate their businesses more efficiently and profitably. NxLevel Consulting also recognize that individuals and business owners need assistance with filing their annual tax returns and an advocate to educate them about their personal and business tax filing to decrease their liability and other tax matters.
